National Western Stock Show

We went to the National Western Stock Show.  The kids had a fun time looking at the animals and tractors.  Porter especially loved all the big tractors.

Snowman

Our first snowman of the season.

We have had a lot of snowstorms this winter, but the snow has been really powdery.  This time, we let the snow melt for a few days, then it packed together to make a snowman.  Lincoln and Porter were outside playing with our neighbor boys and Lincoln said he wanted to build a snowman.  It really was me building a snowman while the boys shoveled snow from the grass into our driveway.  They did put in the arms and find rocks for the eyes and mouth.  Porter went inside right before I took the picture.

Sandbox

Porter's favorite place to be is in his sandbox.  He could play there for hours.  As soon as the snow melted enough, he had to go out and play.

Cabela's

We went to Cabela's to get Caleb some new running shoes.  We finally have Cabela's in Colorado.  This was our second time being there since they opened last fall.  We loved looking at all the animals and had a great time.

Snow Shoveling

My boys think that shoveling snow is as fun as playing in it.  (Hope that will last through their teen years!) Porter would be outside all day if he could, he lasted longer than Lincoln outside today.  They sure did a great job shoveling.
