One Happy Baby

I usually get ready for the day when Porter is napping. Today, Porter got to play in the bouncer while I got ready. He loves the bouncer and getting his picture taken. We had a wonderful morning.

One Sick Boy

Lincoln caught his first cold. He had to miss church today. He was so sad to have to stay home. It was even going to be his first time participating in sharing time. He was supposed to give the prayer. He has been a trooper though, not complaining to much and being fairly willing to nap. Hopefully he gets better soon.

Ikea

Colorado got its first Ikea. We tried to go a few months ago, but it was way to crowded, so we went to another furniture store. We have now been to three Ikeas, the one in Utah, Colorado, and one in England. They have some really cheap items, but overall I don't like the simplistic European style. They do have great food. The cinnamon roll and frozen yogurt were delicious.

Together

Lincoln loves to be with Porter. These two are always nearby each other. Lincoln even likes to dress alike, he picks out what they wear each day.

Happiness

Little Porter is such a happy baby.

Whenever people are around Porter (like at church), they always comment about how happy he is. He is only fussy when he is overly hungry or tired. We love having him in our family!

Puffy Paint

Lincoln loves to have art time. Today we made puffy paint- a mixture of glue, shaving cream, and food coloring. Lincoln loved painting with it.

Sitting together

Porter is a supported sitter now. Lincoln loves to sit with Porter and do finger plays together. These two boys love being together. I hope they are always loving brothers.

Porter: 4 Months Old

I can't believe Porter is four months old already. He is getting so big. He weighs 17 lbs 5.7 ounces and is 27 inches long. We have so much love for our sweet little man.

Tummy Time

Porter is able to lift his chest during tummy time now.

I can't believe it is warm enough to play at the park in January. Lincoln loves the swings. It is so convenient now that we live really close to the park. We love to spend some time outdoors and hope the weather is warm more often.
